My mission is to support people in building their self-confidence and becoming the best version of themselves by learning how to gain control of their conscious and unconscious minds.

Born in New York, after completing Medical Rehabilitation Massage Therapy and receiving a  License in Florida as a medical professional, I ventured into Sports and Rehab Therapy, I Specialized in pain management and rehabilitation for Orthopedic Surgeons in the Miami area. I  spent the following 20 years working in the medical and wellness health field.  While living among the metropolitan melting pot of human emotions and dealing with pain and change, my fascination of the human mind and behaviours grew. This lead me to the study of the leading Psychotherapy practices that work at a physical, mental, emotional and energetic level.

​I am a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Line therapist, Thought Field Therapy practitioner, NLP Breakthrough coach, Pay-Tap practitioner and Hypnotherapist.

​The spectrum of my training allows me to use a holistic approach and tailor my session to my clients specific needs. I share my knowledge and I give practical tools to my clients to use at home and in their day to day life to continue and reinforce the benefits of our sessions.
